Peak Season Surcharge export to Matadi for reefer containers

Due to increase of export reefer shipments to Matadi port, carriers announced to implement a Peak Season Surcharge on all operating reefer shipments to Matadi.

The quantum amount determined at Usd 1000.- / Reefercontainer (both 20’ft and 40’ft Reefer).
The Peak Season Surcharge for reefer containers is applicable w.e.o. November 27th.

This surcharge come on top of the present Congestion Surcharge applicable for Matadi port.
