Exports Netherlands grew again in September

According to Statistics Netherlands (CBS), the Netherlands exported more goods in September than in the same month last year. These were mainly machinery, appliances, and transport equipment. Also compared to the two previous months, exports grew more strongly.Dutch exports rose 2.9 percent year-on-year in September. However, CBS does add a caveat: conditions for exports are less favorable for November than for September. According to the statistics office, this is partly due to the euro rising again against the dollar in recent weeks. That makes products from the Netherlands more expensive for customers paying in dollars. Imports rose 0.6 percent year-on-year in September.
