COSCO and HHLA terminal in HH in final round
The long-standing interests of the carrier COSCO about the shares of the HHLA terminal CTT is so far not finally concluded. As of the side of the Carrier there is still room for negotiation. The Situation changes after the view of dependence of foreign sates becomes more dramatic. The German government is not fully convinced due to most recent happenings with Russia. Originally HHLA and COSCO bargaining about a share of the CTT in an amount of 35%, currently the German government sets a new level of not exceeding 25% of shares in the CTT Terminal in Hamburg. Cosco agrees on the minority participations and keep silence of further contents of the contract. The HHLA guaranty remain standard level for all workers and suppliers.
